Welcome to Sportours Travel Services. These Sportours Travel Services Terms and Conditions explain the rules and policies that apply when customers book or use our taxi, cab, Tempo Traveller, Force Urbania, minibus or bus services.

Sportours Travel Terms and Conditions for Outstation Travel

All outstation bookings are subject to a minimum billing of 300 kilometres per calendar day. Toll charges, parking fees, interstate permits and other applicable government charges are extra and payable by the customer.

Driver Bata applies from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Additional Driver Bata applies for services before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM.

Customers should plan their itinerary according to the available travel time. Delays or extended stays at sightseeing locations may affect the ability to cover every destination.

Vehicles booked for outstation travel cannot be used for separate local trips during the same booking. Pets are not permitted inside the vehicle.

The final rental amount depends on the applicable mileage and distance calculation from the designated pickup location.

Sportours Taxi Booking Terms for Local Bangalore Travel

Local taxi services apply within Bangalore city limits. The standard local package is subject to the agreed time and kilometre limit. Additional charges apply when the booking exceeds the agreed hours or kilometres.

Toll and parking charges are extra. Additional Driver Bata applies for local services before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM.

Sportours Cab Service Terms for Airport Transfers

Airport pickup and drop bookings apply to the confirmed pickup and destination locations. Additional pickups or drops require prior approval and may involve extra charges.

Airport parking and applicable toll charges are payable by the customer. Additional waiting charges may apply beyond the agreed waiting period.

Sportours Travel Booking Policy for GST and Billing

If a GST invoice is requested, GST will be charged at the applicable rate. Customers should confirm GST, kilometre limits, Driver Bata, toll, parking and permit charges at the time of booking.

Customer Responsibilities Under Sportours Travel Services Terms

Customers must not use rented vehicles for illegal activities. Sportours Travel Services is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to luggage, valuables or personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Delays, cancellations, breakdowns or additional expenses caused by natural calamities, severe weather, road closures or circumstances beyond our control may be borne by the customer.

All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
